William McCoy from Freelancer again.... this time looking better

I've expanded on his original outfit...I tried to make it look...junkier, more crumbersum and heavy

I drew it thinking it would probably be based off of mining gear...Most likely from the mines on Leeds/Stokes or the mines in Tau 31, 23, and 29... more than likely the Taus, as I added a bit of a Samurai look to some parts...the Taus are right between Bretonia(England) and Kusari(Japan)


the layering is a bit complex...it goes
undershirt
orange sweater
gray jacket...tons of pockets.... that packrat
large black belt and suspenders
protective armor/mining gear...tank on back


oh yeah..... based off of a doodle of him on the concept art page of him


also I want to point out that that is just a stun weapon... he doesn't really want to hurt anybody...he's just a scrap collector and a bit of a smuggler

i tried to make the whole thing look just a bit....faded

and yeah, I always have liked how digital work looks on a lined piece of paper...I dunno why
